History
Sigma Electronics owned by the Sigma Group was formed out of the integration of Adam Electronics and MADE Electronics.
Adam Electronics which was formed in 1984 was acquired by the Sigma Group in 2022.
MADE Electronics which was formed in 2010 was acquired by the Sigma Group in 2023.
Both companies were merged and started trading as Sigma Electronics in 2024.
