Our standard lead time is 4 weeks from receipt of all materials, but it can additionally depend on the complexity of the PCBAs and the materials required. Your Sigma Electronics sales professional will inform you of your lead time typically one week after conformation of a purchase order. For rapid prototyping, please alert us of this requirement at the start of the quoting process so we may build in a fast turnaround to your quote.
We have a rigorous quality control process that includes inspection of incoming materials, in-process inspections, and final inspections. We also perform functional testing, where required.
Yes, we can provide turnkey services, which include PCB design, component procurement, PCB assembly, DFM and functional testing.
